What is the significance and relevance of this story to last days prophecy?

Pat Robertson is a sign of the times. The founder of the "Christian Coalition" is once again spewing out non-Christian false doctrine. Mr. Robertson sounds more like a representative of the Communist or abortion coalition to me.

Any man that teaches there in no rapture in scripture is a liar and false teacher and should be put out of the church.

2 Peter 2:1
1   "But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies"

Any man that condones the murder of innocent unborn children of God is in danger of God's righteous judgement.

Matthew 5:21
21   "You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not murder,' and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.
