What is the significance and relevance of this story to last days prophecy?

The President and Government officials are publicly making some very disturbing comments:

1. "Islam is a good religion, a great religion."

What criteria are our politicians using to declare Islam good and great? Bush has no knowledge of Islam or the Koran. The Holy Bible provides a standard for identifying a liar and antichrist.

I John 2:22-23

  22     Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.
  23     Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

2. "Islam is peaceful."

Anyone that has studied the history of Islam knows it is anything but peaceful. Muslims don't get along amongst themselves.

3. "The terrorists were not true Muslims."

Does this mean the federal government can now decide who is a true Christian, a true Jew?

4. "Anyone who is anti-Islamic we will fight."

Does this mean that anyone who is against the religion of Islam is guilty of hate speech?

How come we did not hear our President say he will fight anyone who is against Christianity? It seems Islam has been granted preferred religion status.

Our government's first job is to defend the citizenry, not Islam, the religion of those that attacked us.

The First Amendment states that our Government can not setup an official religion, it is to remain neutral, and can not prohibit the free exercise of religion. The intent is to keep the government from giving legally preferred status to one religion which would make it a crime to criticized that religion.

Islam denies Jesus died on the cross, the Jesus rose from the dead, and Islam denies salvation through His sacrifice on the cross. That means Islam is a pagan religion, a false religion, a religion with the spirit of Antichrist.

Isaiah 45:20-25

  20     "Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, you who have escaped from the nations. They have no knowledge, who carry the wood of their carved image, and pray to a god that cannot save.
  21     Tell and bring forth your case; yes, let them take counsel together. Who has declared this from ancient time? Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the LORD? And there is no other God besides Me, a just God and a Savior; there is none besides Me.
  22     "Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.
  23     I have sworn by Myself; the word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that to Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall take an oath.
  24     He shall say, 'Surely in the LORD I have righteousness and strength. To Him men shall come, and all shall be ashamed who are incensed against Him.
  25     In the LORD all the descendants of Israel shall be justified, and shall glory.'"

It is my right as an American to denounce Islam and any other false religion.

Mr. President, are you going to fight me? I am pro-Jesus Christ and anti-Islam and proud of it. You won't see me compromise the Word of God for political and personal gain like you and your spiritual advisor the "Reverend" Billy Graham.
